Patricia’s homemade bread recipe:
3 cups flour
1.5 cups water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
Mix ingredients. No need to knead! Bake asap (or let rise for an hour). Bake at 450 degrees in a cast iron/dutch oven for 30 minutes with the lid on and 15 minutes with the lid off. Enjoy!
